Villa Lulan

Villa Lulan is a brand new villa located in a quiet place with rice field view in Umalas, just 5 minutes from Seminyak, 5 minutes from the beach and neighbor with Umalas stable. You will be close enough to offer easy access to Bali favorite shops, restaurants, spa and entertainment. This contemporary villa, full furnished as a large swimming pool included a nice Jacuzzi.

The main building houses are as a large open fronted living and diner area decorated with white wash furniture and exudes an aura of simplicity and style. American style kitchen full furnished fronted the diner room.

Two rooms in front of the swimming pool with air conditioned and queen size bed with a sharing open air bathroom will be a perfect place for a family.

Upstairs, facing the rice field you will find two master bedrooms with private bathroom and terrace. Each one included table and sun bed to enjoy the fantastic view of this place.

The two main part of the house are joined by a narrow bridge over a nice fish pond. Villa Lulan will be for sure a perfect place for retreat and relaxing time in Bali during your holidays.

   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick up service
   - 1 x Breakfast (first morning only)
   - Government tax and service charge
   
2. High & peak season periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31 and Easter Week.
   Peak season  period: August 1 - 31, December 20 - January 9.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 7 nights; HIGH season: 7 nights; PEAK season: 7 nights.
