Villa Alex

Villa Alex is built with a combination of traditional Balinese and Mediterranean style. Natural material has been used, such as natural stone, woods and the typical "alang-alang" thatched roof.

The villa is composed of three pavilions and a garden gazebo, and all surrounding the swimming pool.

The kitchen and dining area with the open living room make the main pavilion, all overlooking to the pool. In front of it, there is a wooden pool-deck with long chairs where you can enjoy the sun.

The second pavilion is the main bedroom with a king-size bed meanwhile the third pavilion is the room with twin beds. Both bedrooms have a walk-trough closet that connects to an en-suite bathroom with a big terrazzo bathtub in a semi-open space.

From the leaving area trough the garden there is a path and you reach the poolside gazebo; just perfect to relax. Enjoy a massage or simply chill out!

Location
Villa Alex is located in trendy Seminyak area. The beach is only 6-8 minutes' walk away and the famous "food street" of Seminyak is at your doorstep; close by you find La Lucciola, The Living Room, Hu'u and further on the famous "KuDeTa" and many others; any kind of food is available, from Indonesian, Indian, Italian to International cuisine, the choice is yours. The villa is perfectly located in Seminyak and keeps its tranquility. From the airport it will take approximately a 25 min. transfer meanwhile to Legian/Kuta 15-20 min and to Ubud around 1-1.15 min drive.

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in US$ per villa (not per person) per night, with the following benefits:

   All rates are subject to 15% government tax & service charge.
   
2. High & Peak Seasons Periods
   High season period: July 1 - September 15, Easter Week & Chinese New Year.
   Peak season period: December 20 - January 8.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 3 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
   
3. Extra Person
   - Extra person is at additional charge of US$ 35 per person/night inclusive daily breakfast.
   - Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room.

   We offer a wide choice of optional services to enhance your overall quality of stay on the island of Bali;
   - Take pleasure in an in-villa cooking service for lunch, dinner or a special celebration prepared by an experienced Chef. Grocery shopping or interactive cooking classes can also be arranged on request.
   - Relaxing massage treatments and spa rituals can be performed in the privacy of your villa.
   - Enjoy full or half day tours, adventure excursions, water sports activities, car/motorbike rental or even the services of your own private driver.
   - Convenient services and facilities are available for families travelling with young children. A professional baby sitting service, extra bed, baby cot, high chair, car seat and pool fence for peace of mind can easily be arranged at small extra charge.
