Villa Nadya

Villa Nadya is a modern two bedroom residence that has been designed for personal comfort and convenience. It is a tropical base on the island of Bali for independent travellers looking to make the most of Seminyak's upbeat wining and dining scene.

Villa Nadya is all about taking time out for some well-deserved relaxation in a stylish yet uncomplicated setting. The villa accommodates the needs of four adult guests or a small family with all the essentials of a private home.

Quiet Location
Located on the relatively quiet outskirts of Seminyak, Villa Nadya is removed from the crowds of mainstream tourism. However, all the best restaurants, bars and shops of Bali's celebrated Jalan Oberoi are just 5 minutes away by car.

Villa Nadya is a short walk to Warung Sulewesi, a casual eatery serving home-style Indonesia cuisine at local prices. This up and coming area offers a glimpse into daily life in Bali and is fairly close to the beach for a day of sun, sea and sand. The airport can be reached in 25 minutes.

Refreshing Design
Villa Nadya is accessed by a refreshing interpretation of a traditional Balinese gate that leads directly into a garden compound. Assorted native palms have been strategically planted to shade the pool and sun deck from the full heat of the afternoon sun.

An open-plan lounge area overlooks the pool and creates and inviting seamless living effect. It is tastefully furnished with a collection of sofas and a scattering of cushions in vibrant shades of raspberry. There is also a dining table and a smart kitchen alcove integrated into this space.

Adult Sanctuary
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has large sliding windows that open wide for direct access into the swimming pool. It is an adult orientated suite with a soothing decor of hardwood floors, clean-line timber furnishings and a piece of contemporary art above the bed.

There is ample storage space for luggage and new purchases hidden behind a false wall. This leads to a lavish en-suite bathroom with a separate shower recess and a generous terrazzo tub for personal bathing indulgence.

Private Upstairs Suite
The second bedroom is located upstairs by itself for an added sense of privacy. It is similar in style and design to the master suite and looks down into the garden below. The en-suite bathroom comes with its own shower and a deep terrazzo tub to soak away all traces of travel weariness and muscular tension.

   All rates are quoted in US$ net per villa (not per person) per night, with the following benefits:
   - Airport pick-up service upon arrival with private air-conditioned vehicle

   - Daily villa cleaning
   - Personalized check-out service upon departure in the villa

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High/Peak season period: July 1 - September 15 and December 20 - January 8.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 3 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
3. Extra Person
   - Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room.
